Although it is possible to build with 28-gauge or 26-gauge steel, we recommend using the 29-gauge steel we use on most of our buildings. The 29-gauge steel we use is high-quality, warrantied for 40 years, and will not add to the final price of our standard building costs.

A standard 4/12 roof pitch is the ideal design for maximizing building strength and the efficient use of building materials. A roof with a 4/12 pitch should handle snow, wind, and other inclement weather very nicely without compromising structural integrity. Increasing or decreasing roof pitch will either require additional materials or reduce the strength of your building.

Avoid Unnecessary Options
